Quality Assurance:
QA team members conduct application deployment and management to support a wide variety of clients, servers and devices over a broad range of network environments. The QA Engineer will develop and carry out test plans for new projects; report and manage defects; regress software fixes for new and existing products; assist development with replicating and debugging problems and develop test automation solutions as needed. The successful candidate will have experience testing enterprise-class systems.
Project Management:
We have opportunities for Project Managers who have a technical background, ideally with telecom or software industry experience. The PM serves as the liaison between the development teams and various clients, shepherding several projects in a fast paced environment. Proven communication skills in relating to both carriers and enterprise clients and negotiating processes to meet the needs of the project are indispensable.
Systems Administration:
We are looking for bright and creative problem solvers with Sun Solaris experience to both administer our present systems and help design the integration of new systems. The Systems Administrator must be a self-starter who can also work well in a team and one who thrives in the high-pressure/high-energy nature of this key role in our company.
Network Operations:
Our 24/7 Network Operations Center needs team members with Unix/Linux experience. The NOC team coordinates network problem resolution activities in a multi-server, multi-platform environment; monitoring and testing applications and systems. NOC Engineers serve as a single point of contact for reporting problems and requesting assistance; taking corrective action as necessary; using ticketing, alerts, and email to document, track, inform and escalate issues to the appropriate parties; monitoring office and datacenter environmental status using a combination of manual testing, automated testing (Netcool, ipMonitor, in-house tools), and log monitoring to identify and troubleshoot issues.
