Dear {firstname},
The world has gone mobile and customer care should, too.
Welcome to the Fall 2009 issue of Air2Web’s Mobile Solutions eBulletin. This issue’s research, articles and case studies show how mobile can significantly enhance customer life cycle management (CLM) to lower operational costs, improve customer service and increase revenues.
Each quarter we offer new ideas from industry leaders about how organizations can use mobile solutions to serve customers better by inviting them into more interactive relationships with their product and service providers. We hope this helps to mobile-ize your CLM initiatives!
Sincerely,

Tom Cotney
President & CEO, Air2Web
